Compelity: A Revenue Capability Company
Compelity does not begin with a fixed package or a predetermined delivery format.
We begin by examining the revenue condition, the people involved, and the evidence supporting the organization’s view. We then determine which established Compelity capabilities, approved models, practices, and learning assets may be relevant and available for the work.
A request for training, coaching, or another form of support may identify a preferred format without identifying the underlying capability need.
A stalled opportunity could involve conversation judgment, unclear decision conditions, weak evidence of buyer commitment, or several of those factors at once.
Inconsistent execution could reflect an individual capability gap, a management issue, an operating condition, or the absence of a shared standard.
Compelity begins by examining:
That conversation may lead to a defined engagement. It may also show that Compelity is not the appropriate fit.
Compelity begins with established intellectual property and capability-development elements appropriate to the work and their current approval status. These may include:
Through discovery and scoping, Compelity determines which elements are relevant and how they should be combined, adapted, and sequenced for the client’s roles, operating environment, and agreed objectives.
Client-configured does not mean creating an entirely new offering from beginning to end. It means configuring established Compelity elements around a defined organizational need. A model in development is not treated as an available engagement component merely because its identity appears on the website.
The combination of methods depends on the capability being developed and the conditions surrounding the work.
Training helps participants develop shared knowledge, language, and understanding around a defined capability or Compelity model.
Facilitation gives a group a structured way to examine conditions, evidence, decisions, and application questions.
Structured practice gives participants opportunities to work with a capability, receive feedback, and examine their judgment in relevant situations.
Coaching supports reflection, practice, and decision-making as an individual, manager, or team works with the capability.
Advising helps leaders examine a revenue condition, capability priority, engagement decision, or implementation question.
An engagement may use one or several of these methods. The method follows the capability need; it does not define or determine the engagement on its own.
A model gives people a structured way to interpret or approach part of a revenue capability.
Depending on the condition, Compelity’s models may help organize work involving:
Compelity is also developing The Advanced Customer Conversation Model for post-sale customer conversations, which is scheduled for release in early 2027. It draws on selected Advanced Sales Conversation Model© conversation and judgment concepts adapted for post-sale use. It remains distinct from the pre-sale model and from the Customer Progress Conversations capability area.
Discovery and scoping determine how available elements relate to the organization’s need.
The Scope of Work is developed through discovery and client collaboration rather than selected from a public package.
The scoping process examines:
The resulting Scope of Work defines the engagement.
An engagement may include learning, assessment, facilitated work, structured practice, coaching, advising, or manager reinforcement.
Each activity provides different evidence.
Learning can establish that a person engaged with and completed defined content. Assessment can establish performance against stated criteria under assessment conditions. Structured practice can show how someone works with a capability in a practice setting. Workplace application and continued transfer require evidence from relevant work conditions.
Compelity keeps those distinctions visible when defining an engagement and examining progress.
One person may hold more than one role, but the responsibilities remain distinct.
Defines the material need, investment boundaries, organizational constraints, and decision authority.
Coordinates the engagement inside the organization and connects it to relevant processes, communications, participants, and support.
Creates opportunities for observation, questioning, practice, and reinforcement when those responsibilities are included in the engagement.
Engages in the agreed learning or development activity and works with the capability in relevant situations.
Provides the agreed capability-development work using the models, learning assets, practices, and delivery methods defined in the Scope of Work.
Compelity and the organization clarify expectations, responsibilities, information needs, and the evidence that will be used to review progress.
Organizational fit cannot be determined from a page visit, a delivery method, or a model name.
It depends on the capability need, the people involved, the operating environment, the available evidence, and the work each party would need to undertake.
